About eight years ago I created an animated .GIF image to represent 7-11 Breathing for use on the 7-11 Breathing page of the in8 website.
The image has proved to be very popular and has been downloaded many thousands of times. However, it was a very crude image which did not show the diaphragmatic nature of the technique.
The diaphragm is the muscle which separates the lungs from the abdominal cavity and which moves when we breath.
Following the success of the recently launched “7-11 Breathing Audio Download” I decided to update the image to show the required movement of the diaphragm. (You may need to click on the image to watch the animation.) What do you think of it?
